He also has extensive experience in serving nonprofit organizations – having served as president of the board of North Hills Community Outreach, past service as treasurer of Lutheran Service Society of Western Pennsylvania and board member of various community service organizations.  A major part of his work as a board member includes working on fundraising and developing relationships with foundations.

Lynn is a trained coach in strategic planning having served under the Managing for Excellence Initiative – a project of the Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management and the United Way of Allegheny County.  This program trains coaches and matches them with participating nonprofit organizations.

In addition to the client service with the CPA firm, he was also in charge of facilities planning, administrative office policies and procedures and managing a twelve unit office condominium property.

At BBC, Lynn works with clients on financial consulting including special analysis projects, budgeting and funding issues.
