Nick Piszko has over thirty years of finance leadership roles at companies ranging from a pre-revenue medical device startup to a $200 million privately held distribution company. He has served as CFO of a private equity firm and a distribution business that is part of a publicly traded company on the Danish exchange. Nick obtained his undergraduate degree from John Carroll University and his MBA from Cleveland State University.

His experience includes ERP implementation, financial modeling, strategic planning, treasury risk management, foreign exchange management, financing and banking.

Nick has had many accomplishments throughout his career. He successfully refinanced a loan package that included a $20 million line of credit and $2.5 million of term debt during the “Great Recession”. He was instrumental in selling a $100 million privately held distribution company. Nick has also been successful in structuring healthcare plans that had a rich benefit structure, with significant savings for the companies he worked for.

Additionally, Nick has served on the boards of non-profits; including audit and finance committees. He currently serves as the Chair, Catholic Community Connection; and is an at-large member of Financial Executives international.
