Some of my highlights

My Experience

Tom’s partnership with Basic Business Concepts, Inc. pulls together his business experience and expertise with the resources of BBC’s established services in Pittsburgh. From basic accounting services for non-profit organizations to complicated pension and wealth advisory services.

More specifically, over his last 8+years he has been directly involved in the management of a $1 billion dollar RIA at the Director level. In this position, he combined his in-depth knowledge of finance and accounting with extensive operational and technological experience to help develop best practices to reduce waste and increase operational and financial productivity.

Tom is passionate about finding ways to combine technology and people to enhance operations and increase financial well being. His overall philosophy is best described by this quote from Thomas Edison:

“Being busy does not always mean real work. The object of all work is production or accomplishment and to either of these ends there must be forethought, system, planning, intelligence and honest purpose as well as perspiration. Seeming to do is not doing.”
